G. Michael Luhowiak has over 32 years of experience in the general practice of law with an emphasis in litigation. He has tried a multitude of cases in the Circuit and Chancery Courts of the State of Tennessee and also in the Federal Court System representing primarily defendants. The focus of his trial practice has been in the areas of construction law, employment law, insurance law, personal injury and professional negligence. He also practices in the estate administration and probate areas.
