Dean Clements is the firm’s managing partner and has over 32 years of trial experience representing physicians, dentists, and hospitals in the area of medical malpractice defense and medical licensing Board issues. He has served as first chair in more than 50 jury trials defending healthcare providers in professional liability cases, insureds in personal injury defense, and railroads in Federal Employee Liability Act litigation.
